- Payments are made using Epaycore, Perfect Money, Payeer, Bitcoin, Ethereum, TRON. If you invested from a payment system not from the list, make a RCB request to any of these available ones. If you invest with cryptocurrencies, wait until the deposit is transferred to the project and only after that request a RCB.
- In some projects, referrals do not pay for reinvesting from the balance. If you want to reinvest and receive a RCB, I recommend withdrawing your funds and depositing back.
- Attention! Make a request no later than 48 hours after making a deposit, otherwise I have the right to refuse payment.
- I process your request within 24 hours (it may take longer on weekends, holidays and summer). If you have not received cash back during this time, check your contact information that you specified in the request. Most likely, you can see my answer in the message. The most common reasons are: you put money into your account, but at the same time you forgot to create a deposit, or you reinvest from the balance, or you are not my referral. If there is no message, then contact me.
